The patient lost her back teeth many years ago. The additional load on her remaining front teeth caused them to get very worn down over time.

A number of crowns were made for all the remaining lower teeth. The rest of the back teeth were restored with removable partial dentures in order to replace the missing teeth and gum tissue. Small clasps and bars are incorporated into the partial denture to help hold it in place when the patient speaks and eats.
